  Wish I’d read these reviews before dealing with them. I must agree with the bad reviews! Not once has P McGuire responded to any of my emails, not once has anyone from this place ever taken my calls. I too have been waiting for 2 and a bit years. Go elsewhere! The secretaries are just inept have no clue, called me a different name.

  Unite union referred my case to Thompson''s and I am pleased with the result. Roz was most professional, kind and patient with walking me through the process. She was also very persistent with the defendants in sticking to her guns where liability rested. I would not hesitate to ask for her if the situation required Thompson's services in future.
  
  The only thing which might have been better is how the actual lost earnings are calculated but this is outwith Thompson's abilities to change as legal precedents and laws must be updated through the court system to reflect 'life in the real world' for those on PT contracts.
