  Customer service is disgusting went in to exchange currency and he refused saying we don't do that simply incapable of doing his job walked 5 minutes down the road and was done in seconds avoid this place

  Avoid if possible. Simply the worst customer service skills I've ever experienced. Unhelpful and rude- I had to go to the elsewhere to find the relatively simple information I needed.
  
  Carntyne post office a little further east are much friendlier and offer a local alternative.
