  I had the unfortunate experience of having my parcel delivered here by UPS. When I came to retrieve the package, the guy said to come in an hour later, as he didn't know how to check-out the packages. An hour later, he said to come in later yet and bring a print out of the email from UPS. When I finally came in three hours later after my first visit, with my ID and the email, he couldn't find the check-out scanner and was unable to give me my package. I had to "come in at 12, when the owner gets in". Terrrible customer service.
