  AVOID - TAXI WILL NOT TURN UP DESPITE ADVANCE BOOKINGS.
  
  Booked two taxi's for collection from a concert at a remote location 8 hours in advance. Never arrived and when called they acknowledged that the bookings were received but were not on the system.
  
  Despite having ruined our end of the night and did absolutely nothing for us, had no taxis available and didn't do anything to remedy the situation, leaving us sitting in the rain for hours and having to pay obscene amounts to secure a taxi home. Will NEVER use again.
