  I have been training martial arts at MKMA for quite a few years now, and would recommend it to anybody looking to get fit, learn self defence, or learn a whole load of martial arts skills.
  The best thing about the place for me is the wide range of age groups and levels - don't be put off coming by inexperience or feeling like you are too old to start - I'm well into my 40's now and there are many older than me!!!
  Guro Mike Krause is an excellent teacher, and in addition to normal training I also do private sessions with him - a great way to refine your skills and take things to the next level.
  Sifu Kevin Young and all the other instructors all put a slightly different slant on their classes, meaning that there is plenty of variety from one day to the next.
  Tip - there are often introductory offers on the website, like 2 weeks free training. Check it out first, and take advantage :)
