  If I could leave no stars I would. This practise is so awful that it's dangerous. I understand it's in a poor area and that the patients are sometimes a bit dodgey, however the doctors and receptionists are burnt out. They blatantly ignore what patients are telling them. Both my younger sister and I have had similar complaint for the past 4-5 years. She's given up going anymore and I moved surgery only to find out I needed an operation and the problem had been left undiagnosed for years. Dr.Connely literally laughs at you, I have never been left so hurt and frustrated in my entire life. At one appointment she asked, "well what do you want me to do?" Avoid this place like the plague, you'll probably end up with it if you sit in the waiting room long enough anyway.
