  Shocking experience today..
  
  To sum it up being ignored by staff members and time and time again people entering shop afterwards were served first.
  I went back to complain for a staff member to accuse me of lying about my experience saying i was wrong...she didnt even work for 3 so why is an "external advisor" even speaking to me about this complaint.
