  Wish I'd read the other reviews before trusting these clowns with my cine films. Prices are reasonable, but do yourself a favour and go elsewhere. I was promised a 2 week turnaround which turned into 2 months, and only got them then after numerous telephone calls and threatening to involve a lawyer. They are very difficult to get a hold of when things go wrong, and never call you back, despite promising to do so. Like others, I was fed a pack of lies and they blamed the Post Office for the delay but when I finally received the digitised films I could see by the file dates that OntoDVD were the real problem. To add insult to injury they were badly packaged on return so some of the cine reel cases were broken, and 1 film was missing. These guys have absolutely no customer service skills and don't seem to care. Please don't trust them with your valuable films as they have no respect for you, or your property. and you can save yourself a whole lot of hassle by using a more reputable company.
