  Enjoyed the chicken, phoned ahead to place the order and was advised it would be 10-15 minutes. Turned up about 25 minutes later to pick it up. Still wasn't ready and was advised it would be another 15 minutes. They made a very poor excuse. Spoke to another customer who told me it's not the first time it's happened to him. Enjoyable food but need to get their act together on the service.
