  I went in and asked for a service for my 2 duvets. When I came to collect they told me it wasn't ready and to come back later on in the week. When I came back later on I was happy to see it done but I was given it the back was dirty. When I got home and opened the bag my duvet did not look like it had been washed and didn't smell like it either and as I said before the bag was dirty on the inside. Overall a very bad experience.
