  Great staff, and I think this is It, I stayed 2 nights, to floor (3rd) without lift, facing the main road and with single glazed sash window, if you are looking for a quite place ask for backfacing rooms. the shower did not work properly and it's quite small! I've also had a small issue charging my phone because the power plugs were quite far from the bed.

  We were put on the very top floor which was not an issue. The issues we had was the noise coming from the roof. It sounded like a plastic sheet was on the roof covering the slates. We mentioned this twice to the staff who didn't know anything about it and really didn't seem to care. The second issue was the wet patch on the ceiling again this was mentioned to the staff and funnily they didn't know anything about it and didn't seem to care. I hate to say it but I got the feeling that they are happy to take your money but with no recognition of the fact that the money being paid should be for a reasonably priced room with minimal issues. Definitely (for that room) not worth the price paid.
